JRocks Designs provides shipping services across the entirety of the United States. The standard delivery time for shipped items is estimated to be within 5 to 7 days from the date of purchase.

For local customers, we offer expedited delivery services directly to your home or business address. Local orders are expected to be delivered within a shorter timeframe, typically ranging between 2 to 4 days.

Our commitment is to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service for all our customers. Please do not hesitate to contact our team for any specific shipping inquiries or further assistance.

You will receive an email with a tracking number for all shipped items.

Your credit card will be charged when the order is made.

Return Policy:

Please adhere to the following guidelines for product exchanges at JRocks Designs:

Contact us within 4 days of receiving the product if you find it too big or too small by sending an email to request an exchange. We will then provide you with a return authorization code necessary for the exchange process.

For exchanges, you must have a return authorization code. You can either opt for the correct size or receive a store credit, as per your preference.

Kindly note that JRocks Designs does not issue refunds on custom-printed T-shirts.

We do not accept returned products that have been worn.

If you wish to exchange for a larger size T-shirt, please be aware that there might be an additional cost associated with your new order.
